At Re-Mix Footwear, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition and sent back in the original shoebox.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn footwear back in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
